    <description>&lt;P&gt;In the last week I’ve had two friends try and call me and have gotten a not in service error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My acct is in good standing and I haven’t had an interruption in service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to fix this quickly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What about incoming texts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;More details the better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some basic trouble shooting advice:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network reset of phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Toggle airplane mode on, then off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can also try putting SIM card in another working phone. Helps determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/194367"&gt;@Zoom707&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; is outgoing calls working?&amp;nbsp; how about outgoing text?&amp;nbsp; incoming text?&amp;nbsp; data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try reseat the SIM as well (power down, take the SIM out, wipe it clean and then put it back in)..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, provide us more details or how it goes after you tried all our suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
