If you only have partial funds in your account, or if you do not complete payment after changing your plan, you may be left with no or partial service.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/126603"&gt;@jo_z_c&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you logon to My Account, there is a My Promotion section if you have any.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the important promotion that you need to be careful are those re-occurring one.&amp;nbsp; From what I know, there weren't too many back then.&amp;nbsp; They do have one recently, 2GB bonus data, but I don't think you have that if you are on an older $35 plan&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Members who have been here long time might be able to comment if there are other re-occurring one that has to be careful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, no worry about the one time bonus add-on (like the Christmas give-a-way).&amp;nbsp; Things appear as Add-on will stay&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's what we call "schedule" a plan change. Then you can remove it before it starts if you like. Then you should see all the features. Don't worry at all about the texting. Simply, every plan has it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please post a screenshot of your overview page so we can see what you have. Blank out personal info of course.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
