    <description>&lt;P&gt;yes, there is an activation issue today..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from another member who got the answer from mod:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- looks like it's a nationwide issue with account creation but should be solved within 24 hours.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;and you phone should activate soon&lt;/P&gt;</description>
