Not able to receive texts, everything else works

Hi, For whatever reason I'm not receiving any text messages, I can send and receive calls and I can send texts, but I can't receive any (picture messages do work). I purchased a US roaming add on almost 2 weeks ago, but have been in Canada for the last week, earlier today I got a message that the add on was at 95% usage, but I ignored it since I'm not in the states
