      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/194213"&gt;@Manthorne1979&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; account said disabled... so, you got this from My Account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When was the last payment date?&amp;nbsp; did you setup Autopay?&amp;nbsp; If so, maybe Autopay failed and hence service was suspended?&amp;nbsp; You can go to Payment -&amp;gt;Transaction History to confirm the last payment date.&amp;nbsp; If it is over 30 days, then, it's a payment issue causing the suspension.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
