      <description>&lt;P&gt;Follow the link that&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;provided.&amp;nbsp; This has to be done by staff now due to potential fraud.&amp;nbsp; Opening a ticket will allow you to login and attach your account to your ticket.&amp;nbsp; Please note that Moderators operate during extended business hours (like now &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; ) so they won't be available overnight.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll be able to see/reply to their messages in your mailbox - look for the Envelope icon (upper-right corner).&amp;nbsp; Otherwise, there is no direct human support here due to the budget friendly services of Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
