I added a 5$ date add on and it went to the payment and I hit submit and then the page came back up so I just figured it didn't go through I hot submit then realizing that amount was 25$ which I have no clue what I did. I looked at my credit card and both payments went through but when I go to my overview page I don't see anything. Does it take some time to show up. My plan is 30$ and I do have 4 or 5$ rewards I get from referrals and things. Just now sure what happened and why I paid 5$ and then 25$ LOL.

you can try it for a different Browser
and clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and use a Browser from your computer,
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help.

and if you use a home internet please do one thing take it your power internet for about a minute and put it back,

how to Purchase Add-Ons Through Self Serve

To purchase Add-Ons using your Self-Serve. account, follow these steps:

Click on ‘Purchase Add- Ons’ on the Overview tab and scroll down to the Add-On calculator.
Click the plus sign (+) to add and the minus sign (-) to remove selected Add-ons.
When you’ve added all your desired Add-Ons, click ‘Buy Add-Ons’ or ‘Make a Payment’ below the calculator:
- You will see ‘Make a Payment’ instead of ‘Buy Add-Ons’ if there are not enough funds in your account to make the purchase.
- If you don’t have sufficient funds to purchase the Add-Ons, you will be asked to make a one-time payment equal to the price of the Add-On, less your current available funds. Click ‘Submit’, then ‘Go back’: now the button below the calculator will say ‘Buy Add-Ons’.
Select ‘Confirm my purchase’, and you’re off to the races!

and do rebooting your phone take your SIM card out and waiting for a 2 minute and put it back and turn on -This one is quick and simple.

what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

What is your available funds showing in your overview page in self service account? $30 ?

Buying an add on is a two step process. Need to load funds and then purchase the add on. If you have available funds, you can just purchase your $5 data add on again. Your credit card will not be charged again since you have available funds to buy the add on.

Ok that makes sense. So I can add the 5$ and then there will be 25$ left which will be taken on my bill bbn payment on the 1st of August. Perfect thank you very much.
