    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I passed my phone plan to different provider yesterday. My phone plan with Public expired after. I have got one message to send a message with text "Yes" once, but 90 minutes left before text that. Then, most likely, the phone plan expired and I cannot get the text again. How can I figure that out, please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you, have a good one!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jan F.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/152308"&gt;@Jan_Fanta&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; you meant yesterday was the last day of the plan cycle?&amp;nbsp; Did you got the SMS and replied YES yesterday?&amp;nbsp; or you didn't replay YES before plan expired?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usually you need an active plan for porting out your number.&amp;nbsp; If you have tried to reply YES before plan expire, you can try to open a ticket with Mod to see if they can do anything for you. in such a situation.&amp;nbsp; Really depends on the Mod ..&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;Where you are trying to port out to?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(After you open a ticket with mod, please monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right.&amp;nbsp; Mod will communicate with you via messaging within Community)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1.
