      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched from an android to an iPhone 2 days ago and I'm not receiving sms from certain people. It's only SMS, not imessage, and only certain contacts. Theres no issues sending SMS or placing calls to anyone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is possible your friends was sending to you via Chat before.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Since you moved away from Android, the message was still trying to reach you via Chat and hence not able to reach you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The sender need to change to to SMS.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or, Google will correct itself after 7 days or so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/162890"&gt;@hTideGnow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is referring to, is known as "Rich Communication Services" on Android.&amp;nbsp; You can switch your SIM back to your old phone to turn this OFF to see if it helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See if this works for you...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open up Messages from Google&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap the three dots (top right corner)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open Settings, Chat features&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn &lt;STRONG&gt;OFF&lt;/STRONG&gt; Enable chat features&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then plug your SIM back into your iPhone and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Enter the verification code from the text into the fields provided.&lt;BR /&gt;Sign back in to all Apple services with your new Apple ID.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
