      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am considering to sign up with PM end of July when my present term ends with another carrier. What is the safe way to get the referral code for the $10 if I do not know someone on Public Mobile? I note some anonymous codes on the internet/youtube but I gather it is not a good policy to use those as that poster will be aware of my phone # and I don't want security issues or spam etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
