I am considering to sign up with PM end of July when my present term ends with another carrier. What is the safe way to get the referral code for the $10 if I do not know someone on Public Mobile? I note some anonymous codes on the internet/youtube but I gather it is not a good policy to use those as that poster will be aware of my phone # and I don't want security issues or spam etc.

@canadian100 : Using anonymous ones are fine because that person can only see your last 4 digits. But if you ask here you'll get deluged by replies if you haven't already.

Edit: Oh...and it's against site policy for others to send you one un-asked for. You haven't technically asked yet.

It usually shows up on the day after. And will be used for a credit on your next payment.
