However the sim card may not have provisioned correctly. Giving you perhaps only partial service or possibly no service at all. So check and see if any of the following things work.....once you insert the sim card and reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Calls in/out?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Texts in/out?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn mobile data on. Can you connect to the internet?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check your settings....do you see Public Mobile as the mobile provider?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Has your APN populated with PM's ?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you port your number in? Or choose a new phone number? Did you recieve the pm welcome email?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
