    <description>&lt;P&gt;A friend of mine referred me to Public Mobile. &amp;nbsp;I submitted his code but he did not get the reward for the referral and I did not get the $10 credit. &amp;nbsp;He was told that my phone number is not on record but that cannot be so because I am using the phone successfully.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/198117"&gt;@Jeste44&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It normally takes a couple of days for your referral rewards to be added into your account and your friend will also get a text from PM that his referral code was used and a $1 discount will be added to his monthly bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not added into your Self Serve account, contact a PM moderator by clicking on the SIMon chat button and create a ticket for the moderator to look into your rewards issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
