      <title>Phone deactivated after travelling abroad</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does any of you know how to activate a plan that was deactivated after travelling abroad? My phone asks me for four digits of a code to activate. Unfortunately,&amp;nbsp; I do not know what code it refers to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/174773"&gt;@hectorpl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I believe the 4 digit code is your PIN # that you used when you initially set up your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This would have also been sent to you by PM (611) when you set the account up.&amp;nbsp; Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/174773"&gt;@hectorpl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How long was your phone deactivated for? &amp;nbsp;If more than 90 days after payment due date, your account would be permanently closed and number lost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have autopay set up? &amp;nbsp;ie. credit card registered? &amp;nbsp;Looks like you are trying to load funds by dialing 611 form your phone. &amp;nbsp;That requires knowing your PIN which was chosen by yourself when you first activated your SIM card. &amp;nbsp;You should have received a text message. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also restart your plan via your self service account. &amp;nbsp;Load up funds equivalent to your month's plan. &amp;nbsp;If you forgot your password, you can reset the self service account password. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/" target="_blank"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you forgot your PIN and unable to reset your password, you would need to contact moderator. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
