    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/192465"&gt;@bobtrudel&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It looks to me you are checking your data from the built-in data tracker, which is running on a monthly cycle.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, PM is running on a 30 days cycle in which case those monthly cycle might not work (unless you keep changing the start date manually).&amp;nbsp; You might want to go with 3rd part app that is able to track 30 days cycle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In terms of how much you used, best way is to logon to Self-Serve to confirm.&amp;nbsp; Please logon serve-serve.&amp;nbsp; On the Overview Tab, it would show you how much data is used.&amp;nbsp; If you don't see a line about data, that means you have used up all the data for this cycle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, in Self-Serve, you can confirm if your current cycle really started on May 20&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please use the 3 dots on the top right of your post to edit your post and remove your phone number.&amp;nbsp; This is an open forum and don't post personal info here.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Data mysteriously deactivated</title>

Try rebooting your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should reset your phone's data tracker to the correct dates.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
