      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated my phone about 24 hours ago. I am able to make phone calls, send text messages and receive text messages, but, when someone calls my phone number, they get the "we're sorry, the number you have reached is not in service ..."?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is strange because I can make calls and when I call, the other person can see my number and all appears fine. How can my number not be in service if I can make calls, send and receive text messages?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
