      <description>&lt;P&gt;Still sitting here in Canada completely frustrated with this comany,I got the sim in the mail at 10am,it's now 4pm,took all day to get through on INCOGNITO but that's all done,bought the $25 dollar 500GB plan just to get up and running I'll add on later,the phone works for calls but nothing else,no test,no app store,no GOOGLE,if BELL wasnt closed I'd already be there and set up in 3 minutes,very frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm not sure if HSPA data is included with WCDMA. But if your friend says it works then fine. Where is your friend? If you're in MB then you might be in trouble.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Worked fine with my other provider they just don't have USA Roaming so I got Public,cheap phone yep,cheap **bleep**ty company also,this Publics is a joke man,I'll be up and running with Bell tomorrow and all set,complete garbage company.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You would have issues with most other carriers becausr they use the 4G LTE network for talk. PM does have text/talk and data on the 3G network.
