So, if you are using Wifi only, those Google app will all work without issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. was the phone ever used on another network?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What i suggest you is to get a SIM from another provider and try to see if data work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; does the phone has the latest OS udpate?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. did you ever rooted the phone or installed 3rd party OS?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Honest, it sounds to me that Google service wasn't installed properly or required update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I am currently on the $15 minute/month plan with&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="deal__bold"&gt;250 MB&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;bonus data (with autopsy). I have had this plan for over a year. My phone is an OPPOA7X&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The problem is: my data has&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;never&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;worked for Google chrome or Google maps or even Gmail. The data only has worked for Instagram and other random apps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried many troubleshooting ideas. Including:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- uninstalling chrome/google maps&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- clearing the cache on these apps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- clearing the data on these apps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- ensuring that data is permitted for these apps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- ensuring that my APN data settings are correct&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- toggling on/off airplane mode&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- restarting my device&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The only thing I have not tried is resetting my network settings. However, I do not want to resort to that. Also, I doubt this strategy would work because the data has&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;never &lt;/EM&gt;worked for Google chrome or google maps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Someone with OnePlus phone has similar issue and this is what he has done:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;reboot to recovery, wipe data/cache, wipe cache, reboot, reinstall all apps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still fail, try:&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; manually entering the APN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Check if Proxy was setup:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Go to setting&amp;gt; network setting&amp;gt;mobile network&amp;gt; Access point settings and delete the Proxy IP and Port and save this setting.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/192166"&gt;@thoughtjumble2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network reset is not as bad a factory reset of phone. &amp;nbsp;Probably should be tried first. &amp;nbsp;Your Wifi access passwords will be deleted. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe screenshot your APN settings. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes, the community can detect an error in one of your entries. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
