A moderator is needed. Open the chat symbol at bottom right and ask for sim card swap.

@bobby1970 : Is there a remote chance that you mean you want to start an account here and bring an old number from a different provider?

If you do mean that you already have an account and you lost your SIM and need to apply the SIM to your existing account then as mentioned above.

From your community start date, it appears you have been a long-standing Public Mobile customer.

We used to be able to change SIM cards online thru self serve, however Public Mobile has taken away that functionality for security reasons and to prevent SIM card hacks.

To change your SIM card, please submit a ticket here
