      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/191968"&gt;@Tjbains&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There could be many reasons for this....please expand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you just activate a SIM card and receiving an error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your credit card was &lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; charged - You have likely locked up the SIM number in the current activation session.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Wait 1 hour to try again.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When you do, clear your browser's cache/cookies, and try opening a tab in incognito mode.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you credit card &lt;STRONG&gt;was&lt;/STRONG&gt; charged, insert the SIM and see if you have any services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Do one or more of the below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IS your phone locked to its previous provider, if so contact them to unlock it for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
