      <title>No internet connection when data is ON</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a phone, (UMDIGI A9) unlocked, on amazon two days ago and subscribed to the 35 dollar plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.umidigi.com/page-umidigi_a9_overview.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.umidigi.com/page-umidigi_a9_overview.html.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought my simcard and plan at Walmart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I am unable to browse the net outside any wifi range. In other words I am unable to browse using my data. I still have alot of data on my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can receive and send messages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have ran through the hoops on this page:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone,&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This includes inputing the names CORRECTLY, no caps, no spaces, good spelling etc etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But so far nothing has resolved the issue, even after re-booting the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mike&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am reconsidering moving away from public, really frustrated, online support just send links, upon links upon links to click on. No one seems to know what the solution is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
