How do I update my AutoPay info

Hi,

My credit card has exipred and I need to update my AutoPay info to set the new CC Expiry Date. I started by removing my AutoPay. But when I tried to add it back, the system used the old info and sis not let me update the new expiry date. What did I do wrong ?

HI @cgr ,

Usually for update CC info, you just need to use "Replace this credit card" instead of Remove and re-add them. Can you try to see if Replace option still work?

If not, try to wait an hour, clear cache and see if it works.

Or you might also want to try different browser or use Incognito mode as well
