Forgot username even phone num doesn’t work

Hello there , I need to login to my account but I’m unable to do as I forgot my user name even when I try with phone number it says this num is not registered can anyone help please ?

There isn't any way to log into your self serve account using your phone number Your user name is your e-mail address.

As @computergeek541 noted, your user name is your email address but hopefully you remember your password.

If not, then you will need to contact a moderator to reset that for you but you will need your special PIN, phone #, address etc for the moderator to help reset it.

@Farjy the username to logon My Account is your email address. Try using the Forgot Password link and try with any possible email address you might have used.

If you really unable to figure out the email address used, open a ticket with mod using the Chabot and the Mod can sort this out for you.

Do you still have active services? What does it say when you call 611?

Have you ever registered for a Self Serve (my account)?

If no, you can register for a Self Serve account link here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

NOTE - After 90 days of non-payment, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:

1-Lose access to your phone number (and Self Serve account), any rewards or Available Funds balance that was in your account at time of suspension, and won’t be able to transfer the phone number to a new provider in the future.

2-Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.
