Hello Everyone!

I'm new at the Public Mobile community and am having some trouble paying for my bill. I have an amount due of $10 and have some available funds than can cover my payment. However I don't know how to pay for my bill. How do I use my available funds to cover my payment?

Thank you all for your help!

if you have $10 as available fund, you don't have to do anything for that part. PM will deduct the $10 and you pay the rest (plus tax). So, if your plan is $25, your outstand will be $15+tax

I would say the best way is to add credit card on Self-Serve and set it up as Autopay. You also get a $2 Autopay discount monthly

Here are the details to how to pay:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/voucher-payment-options

If you have Autopay set up you don’t need to do anything. If you don't have Autopay set up make sure you add the amount needed to renew at some point before your renewal to ensure uninterrupted service.

AE_Collector
