      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it's a system limitation.&amp;nbsp; If you need to change email address on your My Account, you need Mod assistace.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if it is a security measure.&amp;nbsp; In case you lost your credentials, someone else logon, they cannot just change the email quickly.&amp;nbsp; Yes, they able to see some of the information and still submit a change email request, but they might not be able to answer all the Mod validation question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
