      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I signed up for an 'add-on' and by accident I clicked the submit button twice. I was charged two times. I only want the 'add-on' for one time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get a refund for the overpayment of the 2nd 'add-on' charge?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Rhoda&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Open a ticket as advised above.&amp;nbsp; Mods are nice here and hopefully they can refund you the money or at least ask if they can put the money back in Available Fund, which the system will apply it towards your next plan renewal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
