    <description>&lt;P&gt;JUST FOR CLARITY&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even though the international dialling code is 1 (same as North America), I cannot call T&amp;amp;T because of the area code (868)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will a phone card work with the PM network? I need to call a business place ans wifi will not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes.. T&amp;amp;T is neither part of the US calling plan nor international.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone card will work. All these phone cards, they have local phone numbers to call , then enter the passcode, then phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just make sure before you buy the phone card, check if that phone card include T&amp;amp;T&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
