      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/190848"&gt;@Allen-Martin&lt;/a&gt; : Just in case you mean something else... you can remove your existing SIM out of your phone and put it in a different phone. You don't need to get a new SIM and get it changed in the system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you might mean to change service providers. Then you get a PM SIM and activate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only times you need to have it changed in the system is if you've lost the SIM, lost the phone with the SIM in it, broken the SIM. If you've lost the phone then you would want to use the Lost/stolen function to suspend your service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
