Where did you get it from? Did you try using the 611 service? Maybe an Oracle might come along and pull this segment out themselves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some people might not have credit cards. Some might not have a bank with Visa Debit. Some might be opposed to putting their credits in on a system. Prepaid gift cards have a bit of a fee up front. And then each time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is also the easiest way to pay thru 611 and reactivate your services instantly. Some customers have never set up their self serve account or have access to a computer/internet to access their account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
