      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried several different phone numbers to Oregon and Washington and received messages stating that the number is not available .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is my phone or the ability to call the USA being blocked?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Demas11&lt;/P&gt;</description>
