      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my son’s account is due to be paid but it’s saying that he $0 balance owing and that he has $10 available funds and when he tries to pay the remainder of what his bill really costs it’s says that he doesn’t owe anything yet his phone isn’t working because it’s not fully paid but the acccunt is not letting him. What should he do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
