To add to @LurganIeUk and @Staliger posts make sure you do not block Public Mobile TEXTS or unsubscribe to their emails.

Sometimes specific promos/offers are selected for specific customers, and this is how you could be notified of them.

You can always look at CCS's current bundle offers that include a free sim card. They have recently increased the discount on higher priced plans from 20% to 33% when paying two months in advance. You can always downgrade your plan before the first renewal to maximize savings.

Thanks @darlicious for the link and reply yes, it shows good discount for new customers who have not activated the account it bought the sim card yet but I have bought and activated it before. That is why my only option would be offers for existing customers

There are rarely offers for existing customers except limited time offers like the new $70/15.5gb plan.

No. Unfortunately all they care is to get new customer and they rarely have any promotion for existing other than the Friends-referral (again, this is to drive new accounts)

However, they do have the tradition of Christmas freebies for current customer (Free 1GB, 2GB and Long Distance calling). . They are just one time add-on freebies, but better than none.
