The carrier can only help you with a self-installed/setup SIM PIN that you might have forgotten. Can you reply back with the exact message your phone is giving you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No it was locked to bell.&amp;nbsp; They gave me the wrong pin to unlock it.&amp;nbsp; I didnt realize that if you put it in 3 times your SIM gets locked&lt;/P&gt;</description>
