Hello, good afternoon, I forgot my password and my account was blocked, I need to recover it to be able to register my new payment method. somebody could help me? Thank you so much

@Elisama9109 : Do you still show the message where it says it's blocked?

Regardless...maybe wait about an hour and try again. Make sure you're using the same email address that you got your welcome email or other marketing emails on.

You will need to create a ticket to a moderator to allow you to access your account by clicking on the SIMon chat button and type create ticket.

You will need to provide your secret PIN, email address, cell phone number etc.
