I did the 2-step process for the add-ons and it’s still not working. Tried powering my phone on and off.

which addon you bought?

what is showing as Available Fund on My Account?

What is showing in the Transaction History? does it show both you loaded fund and another entry that you used the fund for the AddOn?

@tassanie , are you able to see the add-on in the self serve overview tab?

Roaming addons are only for when you are in the USA...did you happen to purchase a Roaming addon while you are in Canada.
