Hi, I was under the impression that if I activated my phone with Public Mobile with a plan, that I would get a month's payment off my bill. I don't see that anywhere in my account yet. Is there a problem, or do I have to wait? Thanks

You have to pay for your first payment then if you had registered for recent promotion it can take up to 60 days for you to receive a credit.

did you submit your email ahead and got a confirmation? After you got the confirmation, did you use the same email to activate?

Also there is a 60 days wait time. If you have completed above , you should see the credit within 60 days. Once they apply the credit, you will see the credit on your Self-Serve , Available Fund = your monthly fee

If you met the promo criteria then you will see it before your next renewal upto 3 weeks after activation

Edit depends on the promo ie the one mentioned above can take ,60 days
