hello, when I try to access my voicemail, I get a failed called message.

@onceinrome did you try to access the voicemail from a landline? Call yourself and enter * to skip the greeting, then enter PIN

do you always have trouble access your voicemail from your mobile phone or just started today?

Your phone displays a message or you hear an audio message that is played back to you? Which number are you trying to call to access your voicemail? I think that is possible that the phone number isn't saved on the phone properly or possibly has a mistake in it.
