It's not - it requires alot of effort (and some luck) to get to the $10 level. To get to the $15 level requires at least a few hours a day.

If you are looking for a few bucks per cycle, spend 1/2 hour every other day replying to posts with helpful information, bravo'ing posts you like, and/or asking questions when you need feedback.

Every little bit helps and is counted by a secret formula of posts/bravos/solutions toward your community reward.

It's been commonly said around here that you'd make much more spending the time collecting and returning bottles for refund, than you would trying to earn money on this Community. However, you wouldn't get the satisfaction of helping others...
