      <description>&lt;P&gt;First of all, check to make sure if&amp;nbsp; PM charged your credit card.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes the account was activated, charged just that the website is not returning the result.&amp;nbsp; Also, you might want to try putting the SIM in the phone and see if Public Mobile shows on top of the screen.&amp;nbsp; It will be another indication that your account was activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it was&amp;nbsp; not charged.&amp;nbsp; Wait and hour and try again.&amp;nbsp; I suggest you try with a different browser, maybe clear cache first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(also, are you trying to activate with a new phone number instead of porting an old number into PM?)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the credit card is your only indication and rebooting your phone with the pm sim card inserted does not bring up service then you will have to contact the moderators to complete your activation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your card has not been charged then start your activation over. Don't forget to add your referral code and if activating a $35+ plan the promocode 2GBBONUS. If porting in your phone number leave your old sim card in your phone until you reply YES to the porting authorization text within 90 minutes of recieving it.
