It sounds like maybe you're in the middle of transferring the number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The self-serve has a voicemail reset function that will reset the password to your 10 digit phone number. But if things are still in transition then things might be a little unpredictable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
