      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another type of PUK is the network PUK. If phone says to enter network PUK, your phone is locked the old carrier. You need the network PUK and the network PIN to make the phone work at Public.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There are different codes that use PUK as their name. There are different things you need to do depending on which one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
