      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am shifting to Fido as I am getting a better plan with them. I was billed yesterday for $40, will anything be refunded for not using the service even a day when I was charged for a month?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Romil&lt;/P&gt;</description>
