SIM card from my old phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/154375"&gt;@lezah05&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I presume you are an EXISTING public mobile account holder simply&amp;nbsp;upgrading your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is one of a few things that could be an issue if the 'new' phone isn't working using an existing PM SIM card which has active service:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;the new phone isn't compatible on Public Mobile's network (unlikely, but possible)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;the new phone was blacklisted, meaning it was reported lost/stolen either by an individual or perhaps by a prior carrier who had supplied it to a customer who maybe had stopped paying for it&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;you may be using the wrong SIM size adapter to conform to the new phone's SIM slot tray&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;the new phone may need it's network settings updated or manually selected to be Public Mobile and not defaulted to a prior provider (if device was used, but is 'new' to you)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
