They were only available until Dec. 31st, 2020.

Hi @khanzube

Getting the promotion was for a limited time only. One had until December 31st to add it to their add-on's by separately selecting the "FREE" promotions listed under both Data and Minutes options in their self-serve account.

The bonus data and minutes remain on the account until they're used up, as all Public Mobile add-on's work which are for use within Canada.

BUT DON'T WORRY -- as it has for prior Holiday seasons, it'll be back this Holiday season if you still a Public Mobile customer.

And rumor is they sometimes provide a mid-late Summer treat our way (some to all customers, some to targeted customers).
