      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to reseat the sim, power off phone, take the SIM out, wipe it clean, put it back in and power up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what kind of phone is yours?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If iPhone, do this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Insert new working SIM - do not turn phone on (if SIM is already in, turn off)&lt;BR /&gt;2. Connect to computer with USB cable.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Start iTunes if it doesn't auto run&lt;BR /&gt;4. iPhone will switch on. Wait until iTunes registers it and checks for updates&lt;BR /&gt;5. Install the carrier profile update (if offered, if not, go to step 6)&lt;BR /&gt;6. Disconnect and restart.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There should not be much to do with S10.. as long as you phone is unlocked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There seems to be an activation delay this afternoon.&amp;nbsp; more posts than usual.&amp;nbsp; You might want to wait out another hours or two, but reboot your phone every 15 mins to get the latest..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or you can also contact mod and have them look into it right a way&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(After you open a ticket with mod, please monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right.&amp;nbsp; Mod will communicate with you via messaging within Community)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1.
