You could try manually adding a dollar into your account and restarting. You could also try suspending your account under Lost/stolen and then Resume it after a few minutes and then restart the phone. Other than that, I guess you need the moderators as you tagged. If they come running, then they'll say to submit a ticket or private message anyway so do that yourself now if you like.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok so I have an app where I can make free calls, which I used to test out that suggestion it might just be Rogers that is down, but I was able to get through to the ppl I was calling that way so that’s not it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I see the public mobile is still displayed at the top, it’s just that none of my calls are going through, it just keeps saying call failed repeatedly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
