      <title>Account gets locked when I try to reset password / Cannot login/ Where is customer service?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to login into my account, If I try it twice it locks me out. If i try to ask for password reset it locks my account. If I ask for customer service it sends me to these communities. If I call *611 there is no option of a live customer agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Use the Forgot your password option. If that is not working only Moderators can get you back into your account (methods already provided).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have been suspended for over 90 days than your account and phone number and any available funds, or rewards are gone, sorry if that is the case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You would need a new SIM to activate a new account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
