I pay automatically from the bank every month. Why didn't I get 2 yuan reward?

Do you have a Visa or Mastercard Debit card saved in your account? Please remember that sale taxes are added on top of the advertised plan prices. Please do not post do post information such as your name, address, andd phone number. I also suggest contacting the moderators to have your username changed.

Do you have auto pay set up using a valid payment method?

You need it to receive the $2 autopay discount each cycle.

If you are showing this at the bottom of your Self Serve account under the Overview TAB then you should be getting the $2 reward. Do you see you are registered?

IF yes to above, then check your Payment History? It will list the $2 reward:
