      <title>Callers get 'number of of service' message</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm new to this forum but have been a PM customer for over a year. Service up until this week has been excellent for the most part. Just within the last few days a couple of callers have reported to me that they get a 'number out of service' message when attempting to call my number. I just had my wife and a few friends call my number and it appears to receive calls normally. Not sure why some folks are getting the out of service message recently. Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Al&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your response. The link provided takes me to the Simon chatbot which took me down an unhelpful rabbit hole. Good to know its not a problem with my phone as I just successfully received a voice call and had no problems. Hope it's just a temporary carrier problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Al&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When typing in at the prompt about an account specific issue, the option is given to contact customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;glad to know that your issue is resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this happen again, you might want to see if you can track where where you when the other person try to call you and your call got missed.&amp;nbsp; It could be a reception issue within a particular area&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
