Would someone be able to retrieve my account number for me in order to purchase a 1GB data add on over the phone?

You don't need your account number to purchase a data add on via your phone. You will need your PIN, which you choose when you first activated your account.

Can you access your self service account? You can also purchase your add on that way.

Your account number will only ever be used for identification purposes, whether that's while talking to a moderator or if you're porting out to another carrier. It wiould never be used for any other purpose. If you would still like your account number, please log into your self serve account. It is provided to you at the very top right of the self serve account screen after you log in.

you don't need account number, just call *611. But you need your PIN. Only mod can reset the PIN if you forgotten.

Your 4 digit account pin # was sent to you by pm in a text message from 611 on the day you activated.

And whatever option you choose to purchase — from the phone or the web — do not forget to fund your account prior to the purchase. 😊
