Could not activate Cellular Network IPhone 4

Hey.

I am unable to activate data on my iphone 4 running IOS 7.1.2. I have done a factory reset.

Researching the topic, i have been pointed to this page (http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/iPhone-Update-and-APN-settings/m-p/1610#M41) to modify my APN settings, but on my iphone, these seem to be unavailable.

Any Advice?

IPhone 4 is a special case. From what I remember you need to go to a website and load the Apn settings through a file or something. Will see if I can find the details.

Phone 4 APN settings cannot be updated manually. You will need to connect to wifi, access APN iPhone 4 with Safari, then follow the directions there.
